Worm Gearboxes

This shaft is designed to fit into a worm gearbox and act as an output shaft. You can install it by following these steps:

• Put the keys into the keyways on the shaft.
• Slide the shaft through the gearbox until it's centered inside.
• Slide washers onto both ends of the shaft.
• Put snap rings onto both ends of the shaft so that the washer is between the snap ring and the gearbox (There is a groove at the end of the shaft for the ring to rest inside).
