After powering up PC with the Phidget InterfaceKit 0/16/16 (P/N 1012 2) already connected, I am unable to connect to device. Device does not show in either Phidget Control Panel or Windows Device Manager's List of Human Interface Devices until the USB cable is disconnected and reconnected. I have unchecked 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' in the Power Management tab of the driver's properties but it does not help. This problem occurs on 32-bit Windows 7 Pro and 64-bit Windows 10 Pro running on HP ProDesk PCs. What can I try?
