Couldn't find executable named manager below /phidgets

I followed http://wiki.ros.org/phidgets to get phidgets installed but when I run rosrun phidgets manager, it says
[rosrun] Couldn't find executable named manager below /home/bot/catkin/src/phidgets

Any thoughts?
