help Installing Phidgets Lib on rPi4 OS 64-bit

Tried many different ways...my python script just keeps giving me this message...I have this script working on os 32-bit...

File "/home/test-64/Documents/slitPi.py", line 13, in <module>
from Phidget22.Phidget import *
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Phidget22'

I figured it out...

you need to install the package by breaking system-packages

pip install phidget22 --break-system-packages

now it all works...
