DAQ1200 pullups?

I know that DAQ1200 inputs are active low. Do they have internal pullups? Or do they float and require external pullups?

I've been assuming they had internal pullups, but I'm seeing some odd results that are making me wonder, and I can't find definitive documentation online.

The Inputs have 10k pullups to 5V.
