We are using this board through a third party vendor based in Indianapolis, IN. The older generation seems to work OK but the newest version has problems. Let me first admit the programming skill of the vender is under optimal.
The problem we currently face is that when the software is installed, if the reboot system request is ignored, the software runs OK. However, if a reboot is done, the phidgets driver can no longer be found. I am assuming there could be some issue with the procedure phidgets runs when the reboot is done because I know the software is not doing anything to the phidgets driver files in it's own working directory.
The error message I got reads as following:
Error at 2023-01-04 14:48:10
Phidget22.PhidgetException(0x80131500): PhidgetException 0x00000034 (Device

Can someone from phidgets help?
Thanks,
