Mac OS Catalina and High Sierra Driver Failure Error (Code: 4)

Getting the following driver failure notification after installing software on two separarate machines (Catalina and High Sierrra). The following text is from the alert I received on the machine running Catalina ((10.15.7).


"Phidgets Driver Failure
Kext load failed (Code: 4). You may need to reinstall the Phidgets libraries. If you still have issues, contact Phidgets."


Also, I am not prompted with a notification to approve the kext in the "security and privacy" area within settings due to an unknown developer. No approval box is made available due to an unknown developer either.
