Ok, I found what is make issue: the power supply I use for the Hub. With this one, the sensor works well. With this other one, the sensor doesn't work with wifi but works with ethernet.

If I plug the HUB with an ethernet wire, the touch sensor works well.

Yes I test with Phidget Control Panel. I use a wireless VINT Hub HUB5000.
I received a new 1129-1A from Gotronic but the result is the same.
The first time I touch it goes to 1 and stay 1. Then, it works (touch => 0, release => 1) as long as I touch it one time in less than 45s.
