Vint TTL quadrature encoder

It would be nice to have a vint-based quadrature encoder that supports TTL signal and take advantage of noise suppression TTL offers.even better if encoder phidgets could have interface for both HTL and TTL.
I guess one can take TTL pins that correspond to HTL and use phidgets encoder as-is but this does not give the benefit of noise reduction that (not used) TTL pins carry.
