Phidget debian build using Vagrant

I've created a vagrant build for Debian 9 i386 with Phidgets libraries installed.
The Vagrant config can be found here

and Vagrant itself can be found here
vagrantup(dot)com/
Currently the Vagrant boxs for Debian 9 i386 are a bit dodgy so I'll be building my own soon, until then a full upgrade of the OS needs to be done by hand due to a Grub issue.
