Need Help! about position control Phidget 1065

I'd like to write C/C++ for control position specified DC motor with Encoder (Phidget DC motor), Now I can read position and speed values and I can't stop motor when reached set position.
I'd like an example code or suggestion about that.

If you just need to very generally control the position you can simply turn off the power to the motor when the encoder indicates that you have reached the position you desire.

If you need precise control then you will need to implement a feedback loop. I will refer you to PID controllers:
