Application Crashing Events

Hi

I'm very new to Phidgets devices and SBC.
My company is using 1072_0 - PhidgetSBC2
for obtaining the voltage level from a battery charger.

Old libraries and firmware (2011 March version)
are still used for some reasons - backward compatibility with legacy products

We are experiencing an intermittent crashing.

Is the best solution for this the update of driver and firmware?
Any suggestion or feedback would be appreciated.

It depends on the cause of the crash, but we always recommend updating to the latest drivers as a first step.

Thanks for a reply, Patrick!

I've already updated the driver and kept monitoring this issue.
Would it be better if I update Bonjour as well?
(Current version of Bonjour is 2.0.2)
