Attaching to Device

Postby jbattleson » Sun Aug 28, 2011 8:03 pm

I am using two Phidgets 1063 stepper drivers. Is there any way to attach to both in the same program?

Hi and Yes

you declare 2 phidget devices in the program, and open each device with the serial number as parameter.

So you would end up with something like stepper1.open(12345) and stepper2.open(54321)

You can find the serial number on the device when in the Phidget Control Panel/Manager

Thanks,
I have both serial numbers just wasn't sure how to open each device.
Will give it a try.
