Locking access to IK on SBC2 (PhidgetException IK 13)

Postby pauloww » Mon May 23, 2011 5:56 pm

Hello,

Regarding the memory usage in the WebService SBC2.
I realized that every connection to the Webservice, the memory usage by process Webservice "/ usr/bin/phidgetwebservice21" increases on average by 30 KB.

I also realized that he is not releasing that memory, or will use to block access to IK (Usually when you get 6,000 KB - 53% utilization of memory SBC2). After ~ 50 operations.

Then when I try to connect again returns the exception PhidgetException IK 13 (Has Been Given timeout exceeded.) (with timeout 50 * 1000).

I wonder what's going on?

Then, to solve the problem, I have to stop the service from SBC Webservice in order to reuse the IK.

Ok, I'll see if I can reproduce this.

Hello Patrick,

The 2.1.8.20110527-1 webservice version solves this problem?

Thanks.

Thanks.

Patrick,

Today I updated the version of the webservice SBC2 only seems that the problem continues.

I wonder what might be causing the problem?
