Ground on PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/16/16

Hi
I have a PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/16/16 connected to lamps and switches which are powered using on common powersupply 12VDC. Should all the G's be connected on the PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/16/16 or is it enough with only connecting one G to 0V?
