REL1100 all activate

I'm trying to get the 4 relays on the REL1100 to act independently. Using the Phidget Control panel, whenever I activate say channel 0, all the relays receive power.
How can I wire the REL1100 so that each relay can be controlled by turning the state on/off? Currently, when I turn on channel 0, the 12V fan on port 0 comes on, AND a 12V fan connected to channel 1 (or 2, or 3).
The youtube video only shows a single channel being used.
