Hello all,
I am using the 1057_2B HighSpeed Encoder.
Now I have the problem that the PositionChange event is only fired once after startup but not anymore after that.
Has anyone had the same problem?
It maybe that this is related to the time where I added a VINT hub, but I am not sure.

- Do you see the same problem if you use the Phidget control panel instead of your own program?

- Do you see the same problem if you disconnect all other Phidgets from the computer?

- If you have a multimeter, you can check to make sure the A and B channel wires on your encoder are changing as your encoder slowly rotates (put the probes on the exposed pins on the back of the 1057 encoder connector)
