Using 350mA RGB LEDs with a Phidgets LED 64?

Can I control high-powered RGB LEDs with a Phidgets LED 64? I am thinking about the Cree Star RGBW kind, which rate at 350mA. Or RGB LED strips that require 24v input?

I would like to make it clear that I wish to vary the power of each of the RGBW LEDs independently.

If the Phidgets LED 64 does not work, is there another way, please?

Thank-you (I have searched for an answer here but could not find one)

The PhidgetLED-64 Advanced can handle any LED with a forward voltage of 5V or less and a forward current of 80mA or less.

The REL1100/REL1101 would likely work for you:
