Torque vs speed curves for stepper motor

Does anyone know where I can find the Torque-speed curves for the phidget stepper motors?

I'm currently using: http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?product_id=3531.

Unfortunately the original motor manufacturer did not provide us with torque-speed curves for any of the steppers we sell.
