Digital output switching on PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/16/16

Are the outputs isolated? Or do they share a common ground?

I want to send a 24v signal to a PLC using the outputs.
They are rated to handle 30v.

The inputs on the PLC share a common ground and sinks the current.
The examples I have found all use the common ground on the Phidget outputs.
The Phidget needs to be wired to provide current switch 24v +.

Yes they share a common ground on the 1012, and REL1101. For switching isolated relays you'd want to look at the
