Stepper Motor Driver RB-Phi-345

Hi all,
I have purchased a RB-Phi-345 stepper motor driver and a bipolar stepper motor but I don't have the VIT hub. I was wondering if there is a way to use the VIT 3pins to control the motor with an Arduino.
