Unity3D - Android - PhidgetMotorControl

I'm developing app that will use 1065_0 PhidgetMotorControl in Unity3D.
This app will be on Android and I'm using Unity3D framework.

The easiest way will be to use Phidgets libraries .dll in Unity3D. But I think that will not work on Android because they need different access on serial ports.

Maybe there is any plugin for Unity3d that can use Phidgets Android Java libraries?

Does anyone have any experience in this area and give me idea how to resolve my problem?

Do you think it'll work? I have seen some issues with Unity3D in some online games.
