RFID with 2 windows forms.

Postby masterchuy » Sun May 29, 2011 9:55 pm

Hi guys, im trying to work with a RFID reader, that reads different tags to open different forms, but I cant make the reader to work on the new forms.
example:

I have my tag event:

void rfid_Tag(object sender, TagEventArgs e)
{
// rfid.close();
rfid.LED = true;
this.Hide();
form2.ShowDialog();
this.Show();
}

I cant close this rfid instace because it has a TagPresent, and on my form2, the reader doesnt work.

any ideas?

find attached my project.

You probably don't want to block your tag event with a showDialog().

Also, you really want to share a single rfid object between both of your forms rather then opening a new object.
