How do I convert X Y Z to N, S, E & W?

A C# solution that our examples use is found starting on line 409 of Form.cs for the Spatial-Full examples. It makes use of the gravity vectors as well to account for tilt in the device. It takes the X,Y,Z vectors and turns it into a heading. That is probably a good place to start
