Phidgets webservice in linux docker

Hi All,
I'm trying to get the phidgetswebservice21 running in an alpine:3.6 docker base.
I haven't had much luck yet and was hoping someone may have tried or has been successful in some docker image for it. It's part of a larger app with a rest server for controlling the phidgets interface kits and a mongodb back end. All works on my host but trying to move everything to a docker and this is the final hurdle.
If a few people are interested i'll link my docker file git or attach the file here for the webservice as it is currently and maybe we can all figure it out as i need help
