Problem with 1066 servo controller

Postby horvathzs1986 » Sun Apr 03, 2011 7:11 am

Hi all,

First sorry for my english.

I have a PhidgetAdvancedServo 1-Motor (1066). I tried it on Windows XP with the Sample Program and worked well.
Now i try to use it on Debian Linux 6.0 with Eclipse.
I builded the Phidget21 linux driver, added the phidget21.jar to the build path, added LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib to the environment variables and copied the 99-phidgets.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d (then i restarted udev).
Unfortunately, when i run the ServoExample.java, i get the "waiting for Servo attachment..." line, but the identifying of the device does not happen.

What may be the mistake?
Thanks!
