Artisan V2 & Phidgets with Mac

Hello,
I am using Phidget 1125 to record ambient temp and humidity. The Artisan software seems to pick up the voltage signal for the Temp and Humidity, but gives strange outputs. Temp divided by 100 is about correct in Deg C, but humidity needs divided by 50. I know this is a voltage ratio device, but I assume Artisan is just reading the voltage input.
Any guidance- I am completely new to all of this!
