Calibration for HUM1000_0 humidity sensor

Hi Everyone.
We are implementing the HUM1000_0 with a VINT hub at our customer site, attached to ATE stations.
The customer needs to assure the end customer that the testing equipment (i.e. the humidity and temperature sensors) are calibrated.
Is there any official document that states the calibration status of the sensors? what is the calibration certification? should we EVER calibrate them? if so, how often?
At the site, there is a reference for calibration procedure, but it does not mention this device. is it relevant for HUM1000_0?
