Are there any electrical devices which can reduce the RFID tag's range?

Are you trying to shield a specific tag, or is reducing the range of the RFID reader an option? You could try encasing the reader or the tag in metals of varying thickness. Also, the physical orientation of the tag changes the range at which it can be read. If the tag's coil is perpendicular to the reader's coil, the range will be greatly reduced.

it depends on your rfid reader's read range.
