Hello, i have recently bought the PhidgetInterfaceKit 8/8/8 and a FlexiForce Adapter in addition to the Force Sensor.
I am planning to build a webpage with a web service whereby i can extract the weight information through the sensor and the circuits. however, i'm only familiar with Javascript at the moment but you didn't include any javascript examples in your manual.

Do i really have to pay more couple of hundreds on Flash CS3/5 and study this kind of programming to work my project now?

Can you please include some Javascript examples? thanks you

There's no way to access a Phidget from javascript - javascript run sin a sandbox in the browser and has no way of accessing hardware - for obvious security reasons.

While Flash is definitely an option, there are other ways of building Phidgets into a webpage, and they are all free. Java, .NET, or Python would probably be your best bets.

It may be possible, but you would have to implement the client protocol in JavaScript first.
