Track Screen Time<\/h2>\n
To track your screen time, you will need to introduce a timer into your code.  The difference between the time the phone is removed and replaced is how long the phone was active.     Option 1. Setting limits to screen time can be a healthy way to cut down on phone use. Modify your code to alert you when you have exceeded 5 minutes of screen time.
