Rob Douglas from Vanderbilt University gives us a step by step walkthrough of his mechanical dry-erase whiteboard project, much akin to a larger scale, computer driven, Etch-a-Sketch. The site contains the step-by-step process of construction, a list of all components used as well as suggestions for improvements, and the source code (written in C#). Elwood is a small vehicle powered by two low voltage DC Motors controlled from a 1060 - PhidgetMotorControl LV and an Atom 330 Mainboard. The Software is programmed in Java.
