This cable connects directly to a Phidget encoder interface. You can cut the other end of the cable off and solder the wires to your quadrature encoder.
The connector used is a Molex 50-57-9405.
This cable supports the index channel, which is used by some encoders for position homing. Encoder boards that don't support indexing can still use this cable to read the encoder.

This cable can be connected to any of the encoders listed below. Just cut off one end to strip and solder the wires to the wires of one of these encoders. See the "Description" tab of this product and the product page of the desired encoder to match the wires up.
