Winch for a Steppermotor

Hi.
I need to pull a rope with a stepper motor. Is there any way to attach a winch to the motor or do you have another idea how to pull this? Before you ask. I need precise movements so a stepper is necesary. The motor is a 3302_0 - NEMA-17 Bipolar 48mm Stepper http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?product_id=3302_0.
Thanks in advance

What does the winch look like? If it just has a shaft exposed then you can get a 5mm jaw coupling, a coupling spider, and another jaw coupling sized for the shaft on the winch. If the winch has a hand crank instead of a shaft, see if you can disassemble it so that there's just a shaft exposed.

This is the problem. I do not have one cuz I don't know if Phidgets itself(or any other shop) offers somthing like that. And I don't know where to find something for this problem.

Unfortunately we don't sell winches at Phidgets, so you'll have to find one elsewhere. I think most winches should be able to be modified in such a way that they could be coupled to a stepper shaft.
