I didn't have any problem to get to the "RFID-full" before I downloaded the newest Phidget 21 msi version 2.1.5.20081023. Does anyone know what's wrong with the newest version of Phidget 21 msi? I was using the previosu version (Phidget 21 msi version 2.1.4.20080924 ) one min ago. It was fine. However, after i downloaded thenewest version, i could not get to "RFID-full" by double click "Phidget RFID 2-output".

Ok I will fix this for the next release - for now you can run the RFID example from C:\Program Files\Phidgets\examples

Thanks for the reply. However, is there anyway that I can get the previous software version? I am using the RFID for my school project, so I don't know if I can wait until the next release. Please help.

Hi,

I have installed the latest Phidget 21 installer Phidget-x64_2.1.8.20110329.exe on Windows 7-64 bit &
am unable to see the RFID-full screen.
I am attaching the screenshot.

It is detecting the RFID board though. Is there an
alternative way to verify if it is working other than
trying the programming examples. I am sorry that
I don't understand what you mean by following the
example as there is no such path on my machine
after installing the Phidget 21 installer.

Does double-clicking on the device not bring up the full example for you?

No, it doesn't.

I tried with Java & it seems to be working
fine.
