I have been scouring the web for M4102 printable label tags. Any of you knows where I can procure this?

What is the specification for the tags in order to work with the phidgets reader?

EM4102 protocol is all you really need to tell them

There are some other things like
-Manchester Encoding
-RF/64 bitrate

But it's pretty standard stuff. You specify that you need EM4102 tags, and everything else should be assumed.

has anybody been able to find a provider for rolls of rfid labels? I tried to contact Global ID a couple of times but have not had any success.
