I have a relay that's good for turning a light on and off, but I would like to know if there is a Phidget-powered solution for a dimmable light?

Sometimes just on/off control of a light isn't enough and I'd like a computer controlled dimmer. Does anybody know what I can do to acchieve this?

The best solution for this is a control relay. They are relays that have a proportional output based on the voltage at the control terminals.

I.E. if you apply half of the maximum input voltage, the load will be turned on half way etc...

For example:

You could then use the 1002 to drive the control input on that relay to achieve a dimming effect.
