If I write a TSR app to run on the PhidgetSBC, can the built-in web service still access the connected Phidgets?

The TSR app will be attached to the Phidgets connected to the SBC at all times and getting/setting the Phidget sensors, LCDs, etc; but I also want to be able to attach to the Phidgets remotely via the web services that are already on it. So far I think I will have the Phidget RFID reader, the TextLCD plus a bunch of stuff connected to the inputs and outputs on both the SBC and the TextLCD.

You will need to open the Phidget via the webservice locally on the board if you want to be able to open them remotely at the same time.
