 Post subject: high current DC sensor

you usto have a 50amp DC/AC current sensor 1118 , where did it go , will it be replaced buy anything?..... the 30amp ones burn to quick for me .... , even a DC clamp ver/inductive loop " like your biger AC current clamps" DC current clamps are not that common , but can measure masive DC current loads /spikes , some hand held multimeaters have them ,

phidgets work realy well even after the "sensor" burns out , it will still pass current :)

, i am wanting to measure DC current loads of upto 50-60amp contueious

The 1118 has been moved to the "Discontinued" section of our products.

Regarding something to replace them, we have been looking into some alternatives, but I am unsure of what stage they are at.
